Share your community involvement, leadership experience, goals, support for your participation, and the impact you hope to make.

  • REALTOR® or Affiliate Member of YAR in good standing
  • 20 participants total, with no more than one Affiliate Member
  • Required attendance at all five sessions and July Member Luncheon graduate recognition

GRADUATE RECOGNITION

Celebrated at the July Member Luncheon.

Graduates are required to attend the July Member Luncheon for program recognition, tentatively scheduled for . A dedicated portion of the luncheon will celebrate the graduates; it is not a sixth session.

THE COMMITMENT

Leadership grows when you show up.

Selected participants commit to all five program sessions, required assessments, full cohort participation, and attendance at the July Member Luncheon for graduate recognition. Please reserve the tentative dates listed above. Final dates will be confirmed in the participant commitment agreement.
